In June we had our shop re-opening where we not only showed off the new look of the shop, but we also launched our Bicycle Riders Womens Racing Team in conjunction with Balmoral Cycling Club. We have 3 great girls racing this year, former Olympian Sally Robbins, Brielle Carlton and pocket-rocket Angeline Papajcsik. The girls will be representing Bicycle Riders at many races throughout the year so stay tuned for more news, results and photos.
Bicycle Riders is excited to announce that Specialized in collaboration with McLaren have developed a new advanced carbon layup for an S-Works + McLaren Tarmac SL4. Early prototypes will be ridden by select riders at this year's Tour de France, where they will gather data and rider feedback. This bike is so light, stiff and expensive they will be only making 500 in the world.
Now while we have no idea when the S-Works + McLaren SL4 will be released but in the meantime, S-Works SL4 bikes will start arriving in shops in August. Click below to download the press kit.
