Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Bicycle Riders will only accept returns if there is a manufacturer's default in the product and the item has not been used by the customer. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error.

Refunds will not be given by Bicycle Riders should the customer merely change their mind after the product has been delivered. The customer is to ensure that the product is returned to Bicycle Riders within 5 days of receiving them for an exchange.

Where the original payment was made by cheque or money order, please allow up to 21 business days for refunds to be processed.
