Use of this website is subject to these Terms of Use. Bicycle Riders may, at its sole discretion, vary or modify these terms and conditions without notice. Any subsequent access to, or use of the website will constitute an acceptance of those modifications.

Cycling products ordered from Bicycle Riders by customers with an Australian postal address or an international postal address will be sent to the customer by Australia Post (or other postal provider as determined by Bicycle Riders) once payment has been processed.

Bicycle Riders does not assume responsibility, pecuniary or otherwise, for errors made in the ordering of cycling products by any customer in relation to any item offered on its website.

Pricing

MANUFACTURERS POLICY ON ONLINE PURCHASES

It is the current policy of the manufacturers of Specialized and Avanti that their bikes cannot be sold through any online service. It is a policy that we have to respect as they believe it's in the best interests of the consumer, it ensures all their bicycles are assembled and handed over to the customer at a standard that reflects the quality of the bicycles and their manufacturer.  

Delivery Costs

Some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. Please email details of the products required for a final freight cost. Alternatively, feel free to submit your order with query and we will contact you to arrange appropriate shipping. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.

Delivery Delays

Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.

Australian Law

There are a number of Australian laws in pertaining to fair trading and privacy including the Trade Practices Act 1974 and the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (with Amendments in 2000).
