Here at Bicycle Riders, we offer a premium level of custom bike fitting using the body geometry fit method which allows us to tailor the bike to exactly your bodies strengths and weaknesses, and allow you to ride in comfort to produce more power, ride more efficiently.

Developed after years of working with Dr. Andy Pruitt Ed.D., PA of the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine, body geometry fit is a comprehensive fit philosophy created to help cyclists ride faster, longer and in greater comfort, while reducing the chance for injury.
Whether you are an elite road racer, off-road adventurer, time-trial/triathlon expert or just cruising for fun and fitness, it’s vital that your bike fits your body. Body Geometry Fit will help you find you optimal riding position by recommending adjustments to tune your bike to your body.
We have 2 trained Body Geometry Bike Fit technicians with combined 25 years experience. We are linked to Retul, a dedicated Bike Fit provider, via “Retul Match” accessing data derived from tens of thousands bike fit sessions.

These recommendations are quickly established from a brief interview between our trained technician and rider that addresses the individual’s injury history, needs and goal.
Using the side view of the rider, observing their riding / pedalling action, the goal is to deliver a correct neutral position that’s both powerful and comfortable through adjustments to seat height, handlebar height, stem length and cleat position.
Analysis from frontal view to optimise hip, knee and foot alignment for greater performance and balanced power delivery. includes analysis of pedal and shoe placement and squareness on the saddle.
On completion of the Body Geometry Fit the measurements of your bike setup are documented and given to you. This a baseline point for further adjustment or in the event you change your bike or components on your bike, you can easily check you
have the optimum riding position.

Suspension Set Up + Servicing
In the same way we offer our Body Geometry FIT, or Dynamic sizing, we can make your suspension work for you.
We will take you though how your Fork or/ and shock works. From Compression to rebound, air pressure to servicing.
Body weight, preferred riding style, experience and trail conditions are key factors in setting up suspension on the your bike. We can set this up for you, maximising the marriage between rider and their bike for handling, performance, comfort and efficiency.
It also important to service your suspension to maintain its consistent rider expectation. Bicycle Riders have linked with a leading Suspension Service provider in Australia, Cyclinic, to provide service to Rockshox, Fox, Cannondale and Push suspension systems. Their technical knowledge and specialist service facilities maintain the expected performance of high-end suspension systems for all levels of riders.
Service intervals from 50 hours through to 100, 150, and 200 hours are important events that can be arranged through Bicycle Riders to preserve the high performance suspension components of todays sophisticated dual suspension and hardtail mountain bikes.

Servicing of your forks and rear shock is as important to your riding as the right tyre pressure. Dust, mud and grime can work its way into your components and cause premature wear, so we’ve put together a menu of service options for you. 150 hr service is available for Brain Shocks and requires sending away to Specialized HQ. Allow 2 weeks turn around time for this service.
‘S- tune’ is also available from Specialized. Talk to us about the ultimate in suspension customisation.

We take the time to get to know a little about you and your activity level, before taking your bike into our service department. Each rider will have their own unique style, output and hours in use, so we piece this information together with our inspection, to deliver an amazing servicing experience.

We offer an array of servicing options, from customised individual tune ups, alongside our two star to six star alternatives
